Key Responsibilities
- Handle live chats, phone, email enquiries from customers in a prompt and professional manner.
- Manage customer feedback and enquiries promptly as well as respond to complaints professionally.
- Monitor and manage reviews submitted by customers on our products and services.
- Provide an excellent after-sales service to customers.
- Responsible for supporting day-to-day admin tasks.
- Prepare monthly report and analysis.
- Other relevant ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute all marketing-related activities (Digital Marketing, Events, Campaigns, Projects, New Business Launches etc) in a timely order.
- Constantly provide creative and out of the box brand marketing ideas and strategies to complement the managements goals and business objectives.
- To design and produce all printed and digital materials for promotional activities, social media and events while working closely with the in-house designer.
- Develop, update and maintain the company’s social media platforms and website to continuously improve the effectiveness of the channel by churning out creative brand marketing content.
- Support all internal marketing and employee branding initiatives.
- Lead, brief and coordinate all marketing-related vendor management activities.
- Prepare department related reports (Results and WIP) on a weekly basis.
- Involvement in and assist with the Company’s internal events and activities.
- Other relevant ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in local landscape.
- Define marketing performance measurements in alignment with marketing objectives and strategies.
- Develop and manage market research plans.
- Develop customer loyalty plans for target markets.
- Develop strategies for domestic marketing campaigns, brand communication and communications materials.
- Develop vertical business plans to grow current markets.
- Evaluate target markets' and client organisations’ cultures, food regulations, traditions, and other situational factors that affect business dealings.
- Implement customer attraction and retention strategies to improve customer loyalty.
- Manage service agreements with business partners.
- Review marketing measures to enhance programme strategies, product offerings and business competitiveness.
- Other relevant ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

- Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- To troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating issues as needed.
- Manage IT assets, including hardware and software licensing. Ensuring accurate inventory records and proper life cycle management.
- Assist in creating and updating IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Other relevant ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

- Performing troubleshooting to identify the problem/issues related to desktop, laptop, application/software and printer
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT solutions to support technical operations and business processes.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of technical projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of IT tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the IT team in analyzing data and generating insights to improve decision making and performance.
